Absolute disaster hiring this company. I went in and explained exactly what I was looking for from a tax company. Harry assured me they could get it done and I asked a rough pricing to get started with them. Knowing I need these services for years to come. Not only did Harry communicate poorly, did not provide me any direction on what was needed or what I could do to improve my tax situation. I specifically asked for that. I literally had to bring stuff up to him like "dont you need my business expenses". He was like "Oh ya." What??? I reached out and talked to the manager Grant about the poor experience. He specifically said "we should have charged you more." They literally charged me double from what I had been quoted in our in person meeting. Then they did my taxes wrong and I had to pay personally to send them in for the correction. If you are looking for the most expensive services with the least amount of help. Shop here.
