would give zero stars if it would let me. I hired to help with a BIG tax problem and have been treated so badly I called the IRS and worked out the issues on my own. I have never been treated so horribly from any business, not to say from my attorney I hired to help. Well, I say attorney, but I have never spoken to an attorney. I do speak to their payment person every month, but never have been able to speak to an actual attorney. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH TAXSMITH. I have spoken to several other attorneys that say Taxsmith is charging excessive fees for what they say they are going to do, I am contacting the attorney general.

Terrible! Choose another tax attorney! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. This is not SPAM. If you respected your clients you wouldn’t have to keep lying like every review is SPAM!! Let me guess you will say I was never a client. I am a client and this firm has no respect for their clients - AGAIN, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. You’d be better off representing yourself or find a firm that will offer better communication. Potential clients trust me when I say RUN….I repeat this is not SPAM and I am a client, but wish I wouldn’t have stopped here for help!
