The New Multi Services LLC

Worst experience ever. They called me ( after filling out the taxes and pay) to bring one more document . I went to the office. They told me to leave the document, that they would verify it (to make sure that it is the correct one) and will call me back because the office was full of clients. I brought the wrong document (on March 2022). At this time 6/24/2022 I call them to know the status of my taxes. GESSS WHAT!!! They haven't done anything nor have they called me. They were very irresponsible and unprofessional. ????

This was my first time going to Multi-Service and I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Thelma. She definitely is an expert in her field and she was just so down to earth and knowledgeable. The staff is super friendly and her mother was also very helpful. My parents went there last year and I am so glad I followed their advice. It was worth the two hour drive for me. Thanks for great experience!

Terrible.... Both appointments they made me wait 2 hours past the appointment time in the waiting room. Staff is extremely rude! Now after paying them to file my taxes a month ago, I am getting fines from the IRS because they didn't do their job correctly. Despite the fact that the IRS is giving me only 2 days to respond, they are telling me they can't see me for a month. It was their negligence that caused the fines, and now I have to find another accountant to fix the mess. I want my money back... Update 2 years later. It took this long to fix the mess they made for me with the IRS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
