I made an appointment online. Got to the office on time and they were closed. Very bad service on there behalf. It was an inconvenience because I left work early. It would have been appreciated if I would've gotten a call from them ahead of my appointment so I didn’t waste my time. I should have known better after reading reviews on this place in regards to clients finding them closed.
Always a good experience when we go here. I’ve always made an appointment and never waited too long after getting there. This has been my 10th year getting my taxes done here and I’ve always left happy with no complaints and have recommended many people who have also been very satisfied after leaving.
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this “tax pro”! No customer service or respect to their customers. Drove there few times and find them closed! This year called 2 times before heading out from the other side of town, was told they are open to arrive and find the receptionist making up stories why they are closing infront of me. On top of all he put a wrong numbering for my kid SSN and I did not receive a credit and had to deal myself. Update: was in the area today and although I rarely do that, decided to give a local family business another chance and update my review to positive. Especially since the business had a courtesy to respond to my prior review. Once more was proven of their unprofessionalism when was advised that my file is shredder due to my honest review I left last year! Wishing all the best to a local businesses who care about their customers and not just find excuses for themselves and their unprofessionalism.
