Richard is great! He is very professional and I think does a great job! He is very respectful to the military as well. He processes your return in an efficient manner and he is quick at what he does. I usually get a response within the same day or a.s.a.p. I love his referral program as well. I miss not sitting with him while he does it but I understand why he has a drop box with Covid going around being a 1 man shop. I will continue going back to him. Everyone that I have referred loves him as well. Keep up the great work!
Best tax office in Louisville. This office always answers the phone when you call and has an after hours secured drop box for convenience. I’ve filed my taxes here multiple times now and will keep coming back
