Wow this agency is inept and irresponsible. I unfortunately had the owner file a tax return I told her not to file until I resolved an issue. She filed the tax return anyway without my permission!!!!!! So she tells me well what do you want me to do. Then I asked her. Why haven't I heard about my 2 other returns you were supposed to file. She said I don't know. That's incredibly inept and irresponsible. I payed for a device and got screwed!!?? Now I have to find an attorney to undo what this women did. Stay away from this agency unless you want to loose money.Ttthis is a follow up from yesterday. I contacted the IRS.They said they never received my 2020 tax return from this agency. Guess what she sent the wrong years. She never filed 2020. I left a message on her phone.lets she if she does the right thing.i will keep everyone abreast of this issue
